Patrick Kelly is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in governance, strategic planning, Indigenous relations and community development. A member of the Leq’á:mel First Nation (Stó:l ō Nation), Patrick has served on numerous boards and advisory councils, bringing a deep understanding of Indigenous values, corporate governance, and community engagement. 

He brings extensive experience as a board member, chair, and advisor for organizations such as the BC Provincial Judicial Council, BC Energy Regulator, and Coastal First Nations.

Patrick offers a proven track record in advancing Indigenous rights, self-determination, and community development through roles with CESO, BC Hydro, and the BC Missing Women Commission of Inquiry.
