Jack is a proud partner of Wisdom Circle Collective with ancestral roots in Sechelt First Nation and Sto:lo Nation. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, governance, business operations, and consulting, Jack has dedicated his career to supporting Not-for-Profit organizations and First Nations communities in achieving their goals.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Human Resources, along with professional coaching certifications, ISO 9001_14001 Internal Auditor Certification, and a range of industry-specific credentials. His expertise spans strategic planning, policy development, compliance, budget management, risk mitigation, and capacity building. Jack is skilled at designing and implementing systems that improve organizational performance, ensure transparency, and support long-term sustainability.
Known for his strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, Jack excels at building consensus, mobilizing resources, and delivering successful project outcomes. His exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow him to connect with diverse audiences, from leadership teams to community members, ensuring that projects are completed effectively and align with cultural values and community priorities.
Jack’s approach is rooted in honesty, integrity, accountability, and a deep respect for community. He works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that address their unique needs, using a holistic and culturally safe framework. Whether facilitating workshops, providing governance support, or guiding financial planning, Jack is committed to helping organizations achieve their goals while building internal capacity and resilience.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, Carolyn, exploring new places, enjoying good food, and sharing laughs with friends and family. An active member of his community, Jack coaches local sports teams and lives a healthy, balanced lifestyle. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the First Nations Health Authority, contributing his expertise to the Finance and Risk Management Committee and the Board Governance and Human Resources Committee.
